Cooking class of Mediterranean cuisine and lessons of Badolatese dialect! Discover where our local food originates, our wine and oil culture, the multifaceted Mediterranean and Calabrian culinary tradition! A chef will bring into the world of traditional Calabrian cuisine.

Cooking class of Mediterranean cuisine, with conversation in several languages (Italian and English) and lessons in Badolatese dialect! Discover where our local food originates, our wine and oil culture, the multifaceted Mediterranean and Calabrian culinary tradition! Thanks to the help of a professional chef or an expert home cook you can learn about traditional ingredients and, combining local flavors according to the season, you will create typical Calabrian dishes to taste in a convivial moment conclusive. Our cooking-classes are held in professional or family kitchens, in Badolato (CZ) in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (https://borghipiubelliditalia.it/borgo/badolato).

In fact, many cooking lessons can be organized: typical cuisine, organic and vegetarian cuisine, homemade pizza, lessons of traditional desserts with relative doughs, cooking workshops with / of preserves and typical homemade products. During the cooking-classes you will converse in several languages, learning terms, products and recipes in Italian or English and also trying to translate everything into the badolatese dialect.

This experience respects anti-COVID-19 safety protocols.
